The Personalised Care Training Academy (PCTA) provides a range of Personalised Care Institute accredited training programmes that support health and care professionals and volunteers to deliver effective, person-centred conversations to make personalised care happen and to positively influence the lives of everyone in the healthcare system.

The team at the PCTA are experts in delivering training so that you become proficient in delivering personalised care to empower people to take greater ownership of their health and wellbeing, positively influencing their motivation, adherence and confidence to improve their health outcomes which improves efficiencies and lowers the cost of providing quality healthcare.

The PCTA is the training arm of Pathways Community Interest Company, a forward-thinking, innovative, accredited Social Enterprise, which has been listed as one of the top 100 Social Enterprises in the UK (NatWestSE100), holds GOLD accreditation from Investors in People (IiP) and is identified as one of the top 10% of IiP employers, gaining the IiP Small Businesses of the Year 2020 Award.
